Graduated from the hotel school of Avignon in 1994 and after an apprenticeship in the great restaurants of the region.

I decided to travel through France and the world, on the spice route to discover the different culinary flavors.

Back in Provence a few years ago, I became a chef at home in the Avignon region where a loyal clientele followed me from the beginning.

I will share with you the pleasures of a creative and refined cuisine, with influences from here and elsewhere.
